The procurement team source non-merchandise goods for TFG all under one umbrella, ensuring group efficiency and best standards in quality and supplier negotiation. The team is responsible for the procurement of multiple categories within TFG.

Our logistics team consists of transport and process managers, engineers, pickers, packers and hyster drivers who are responsible for organising the storage and distribution of goods. They ensure cost-effective and efficient last mile fulfilment and by working together they ensure everything runs smoothly.

Value-added services encompass four core categories: media, cellular, financial services and insurance. This team works hard to make sure that customers get the most out of their TFG experience by giving them loads of additional value.

Our contact centres play a vital role in the success of our business. They are often the first point of contact for our customers. They do this by analysing our retail data to generate insights and observations about our customers, our businesses, what’s selling well and where improvements can be made. Business analysts are primarily responsible for analysing the way in which we operate and recommending ways that we can improve. Their focus is to help us operate more effectively and efficiently.

Project managers are responsible for making sure that every project runs smoothly and efficiently, from start to finish. This team is responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including timelines, resources, and specific tasks. They ensure all project goals are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Change Leads drive awareness and interest around change within our business and implement ways to onboard and embed knowledge about that change. This team makes sure that whatever change takes place, is handled smoothly, efficiently, and achieves the desired results.

The finance team at TFG provides the highest level of financial support and expertise across the entire business. This includes budget and expense control, inventory control, tax, compliance, cash flow, audits, trading and non-trading accounts, asset management and reporting. They work collaboratively to make sure that all aspects of our business are running optimally.

The property management team at TFG is responsible for the day-to-day running, maintenance, and optimisation of our existing property portfolio, dealing with landlords and ensuring the strategic location strategy is met. In addition, our team carries out our long-term strategic facility management plans. This includes setting budgets, occupational health and safety requirements, developing and implementing facility improvements and managing all aspects of our various locations, such as stores, distribution centres, factories and head office buildings.

The members of our assurance team work diligently to ensure legal and fiduciary compliance requirements are met and measured.

The forensics and security team at TFG is responsible for conducting forensic investigations, fraud prevention and detection, as well as risk assessments. They control all security elements involved in our day-to-day operations and make sure our assets are protected under a watchful eye. They’re dedicated to keeping all of us safe and secure.
